These “Terms and Conditions – IWebGenics Pvt. Ltd. These Terms and Conditions override any previously issued terms and conditions.

Service Definition

Fees, Charges, and Payment Terms

The Client shall pay IWebGenics the price for the services in the amount and manner specified in the contract agreement with the client or users. IWebGenics shall submit invoices, and the Client shall make payment of each invoice by the due date stated on that invoice.

Client Insolvency

If the Client enters into any voluntary arrangement with creditors, becomes subject to any administration order, or becomes bankrupt, then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to IWebGenics Pvt. Ltd, IWebGenics Pvt. Ltd will be entitled to cancel the Agreement or suspend any further performance of the Services under the Agreement.

Termination

The Client may terminate this Agreement with formal notification and as per mutual agreements signed.

Non-Disclosure Clause

The client is bound by the non-disclosure agreement and would not disclose the price at which we are providing the services, customization offered, or any company discounts, coupons, rebates, or referrals being availed.
