Work Ethos
We work as an integrated team. Each individual’s performance directly impacts others, and therefore, reliability is non-negotiable. Flexibility is earned through consistent output, not requested by default. Employees are expected to maintain professional conduct, safeguard all internal and client information, and complete their work within agreed timelines. The standard is clear:
your work must move the team forward, not hold it back.
1. Work Principles
- The company operates on professional discipline, accountability, and timely delivery.
- Work must be completed within agreed deadlines. Personal circumstances do not justify missed output.
- The company prioritizes team-based execution. One employee’s delay affects all, and will be treated as a performance issue.
2. Work Hours & Flexibility
- The standard work window is 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Flexibility is allowed only when daily output is completed, weekly KPIs are on track, and no workflow delay is created.
- If your output or communication delay affects others, flexibility is revoked immediately and strict office timing applies.
- Attendance without meaningful output does not count as work.
3. Daily Output & Weekly KPIs
- Daily progress is mandatory; weekly KPIs define deliverables.
- No employee may delay tasks if it impacts others.
- Repeated inability to maintain daily output results in performance warning and loss of flexibility.
- Continued underperformance leads to PIP, then replacement if unresolved.
4. Leave & Absence
- Leave must be applied minimum 24 hours in advance except medical emergencies.
- Employee must prepare handovers and ensure no dependency blockage before leave.
- If absence causes project delay, accountability remains with the employee.
5. Medical Leave
- Medical leave beyond 2 days requires a valid medical certificate.
- Without certificate, leave is treated as Leave Without Pay (LWP).
6. Sandwich Leave Policy
- Leave or WFH on Friday and Monday results in Saturday and Sunday being counted as leave.
- Applies to all forms of leave including half-days and WFH attempts.
- Attempting to bypass will result in leave deduction and disciplinary notice.
7. Saturday Work Policy
- Saturday is generally Work-from-Home with full pay.
- This is a benefit, not an entitlement.
- If the company requires office attendance on Saturday, employee must comply.
- Refusal results in Absent + Policy Violation Notice.
8. Code of Conduct
- No workplace politics, manipulation, gossip, or disruptive behavior.
- Communication must remain professional and task-focused.
- Disrespect or resistance to workflow structure is misconduct.
9. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- All work created is intellectual property of iWebGenics Pvt Ltd.
- Copying or sharing internal data outside company systems is prohibited.
- Breach leads to termination and legal action.
10. Resignation & Exit
- Notice Period is 30 days; notice withdrawal is not permitted.
- Full handover must be completed before exit.
- Final settlement processed within 45 days post-exit formalities.
- Incomplete handover results in withheld settlement.
11. Post-Exit Non-Compete
- Employee cannot join or start a directly competing business for 12 months post-exit.
- Poaching employees, clients, or vendors is prohibited.
- Violation triggers legal action and compensation recovery.

By continuing employment with iWebGenics Pvt Ltd, each employee confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with the policies outlined in this document. Non-compliance will result in corrective action, up to and including termination, depending on severity and recurrence.
